Are all off-plan property investments in Saudi Arabia protected by escrow?
No. Only REGA-registered projects under the WAFI platform carry escrow protection. Verify the WAFI registration number before paying any deposit.
Can non-Muslims now own property in Makkah and Madinah under the January 2026 law?
