We are the only English-language platform that anchors every piece of guidance exclusively to official government sources: REGA, MOJ, MISA, ZATCA, and MOFA.

Royal Decree M/14 entered into force on 21 January 2026 — the first codified framework for non-Saudi real estate ownership. REGA published the Geographic Scope Document on 23 June 2026. Foreign ownership is now real, legal, and operational. The window to build the consultant network that services this demand is now.

Build and manage SAKK.AI's developer network across Riyadh's designated zones — Diriyah Gate, KAFD, New Murabba, Qiddiya, SEDRA and TOD corridors. Facilitate verified foreign investor transactions under your FAL licence.
